As there are many different models of water coolers, we will need the serial number of the product to make sure we supply the correct part. This is located on the rear of the unit and is found under the model code. Don’t worry if you cannot find the serial number we can use the model code and details of the unit itself. We will need to know if the unit is tabletop or floor standing and whether it provides cold and ambient or hot and hold? See arrow on the image below pointing to the serial number.
