Did you know nearly 39% of people say they drink more water at home, versus in the office?

That’s according to a new survey carried out by Doulton – a British water filtration system manufacturer.

And with the NHS recommending that adults drink 6-8 glasses of water a day, workplaces shouldn’t underestimate the importance of encouraging employees to stay hydrated when in the office.
