What’s included in the service for a Hot Water Boiler?
All major boiler manufacturers (Zip, Instanta, Marco & Lincat) exclude scale build up in their warranty offerings – To maintain any warranty period, this makes regular servicing vital for your office hot water boiler. Regular preventative maintenance treats scale build up and includes two 6 monthly de scale & filter changes (as advised by us). It also includes a sanitisation of all water contact parts. Our regular office water boiler servicing packages are designed to protect the sensors, element, tank and all associated ball valves from lime scale build up. A regular maintenance visit consists of a full internal descale and external descale. When you commit to a contract with us, there is no requirement to remind us of your next service visit, its completed automatically and organised by The Thirst Alternative.
